Sebastiaan is one of the founding Lead Team members of Europe Advance. He has had a passion for church planting for many years.  In 2006 he and his wife Eva and a team planted Thousand Hills International Church in Hilversum (formerly called: Hilversum International Christian Center or HICC). Out of this church plant, they helped plant New Day International Church in Almere in September 2007. Thousand Hills has just launched a new site in The Hague.

Desmond Frey is the founding Pastor of PowerHouse International Church in Zurich, Switzerland and one of the founding members of Europe Advance. His passion for training up leaders in Europe has allowed him to speak to established as well as up-and-coming leaders all over Europe for the past three decades. Desmond is the Senior Partner for EQUIP in Europe, who are training thousands of leaders every year.

Lawrence is a Lead Team member of Europe Advance. His passion is to facilitate church planting so European children have a strong Biblical church they can attend and develop a strong Christian foundation. Rev. Lawrence Blakeslee is a full-time American missionary living near Bonn, Germany and has lived Germany since 2002.

Thomas Jonsson is Senior Pastor of Kristet Center Väst. KCV is a multi-site church in Stenungsund, on the west coast of Sweden. Besides being a Lead Team member of Europe Advance, he is the Swedish coordinator for John Maxwell’s leadership school EQUIP and a board member of Scandinavian Apostolic Network and Business Class, a Christian businessmen’s network.
