Sebastiaan is the coordinator of Europe Advance. He has had a passion for church planting for many years.  In 2006 he and his wife Eva and a team planted Thousand Hills International Church in Hilversum (formerly called: Hilversum International Christian Center or HICC). Out of this church plant, they helped plant New Day International Church in Almere in September 2007. In 2010, Thousand Hills will launch a new site in The Hague.

It's Sebastiaan and Eva's desire to see many more churches planted in Holland and the rest of Europe. New and relevant churches are desperately needed to bring a spiritual change to Europe. Besides being a church planter, Sebastiaan is the General Secretary of the Verenigde Pinkster- en Evangeliegemeenten, which is the main Pentecostal movement in Holland.

Sebastiaan and Eva are part-time missionaries with Stichting Opdracht tot Wereldzending (OWZ), which allows them to work part-time for Europe Advance. OWZ is the official missions agency of the Verenigde Pinkster- en Evangeliegemeenten.
